We build and maintain platforms for each of our clients' specific requirements. Broadly speaking, the InTouch Platform is made up of the following services:

SaaS (Software as a Service): These are applications which are designed for end-users, delivered over the web. Examples include: Clearvale, Google Apps, Microsoft 365, or Salesforce

PaaS (Platform as a Service): This the set of tools and services designed to make coding and deploying those applications quick and efficient. Examples: The InTouch Platform, or Adapter (an interconnecting application, like Clearvale with an external database), Virtual Data Center services, Application Delivery Controller, Security Services, VoIP (Voice over IP, basically telephony), Virtual Desktop Environment - for more detailed information on each of these areas please go to our Academy (see 'Academy' link on the Home page.

IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service): is the hardware and software that powers it all, including servers, storage, networks, and operating systems. Examples: Connectivity services, and Distributed Storage solutions
